Strategic Service & Intentional Ministry

Each believer is endowed with the time and talents for the purpose of serving others as they join God in His work.

One of the core values of SSCC is to be a group of Christ followers that are focused on intentional ministry and strategic service. This happens to be a biblical value as well. Jesus said, “The Son of man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.” - Matthew 20:28

The bible describes the Church as a body with many parts that must all work together. Each part, no matter how small, is an important part of the whole. We have found our greatest asset is the wonderful group of volunteers and lay leaders that we have.
