As a large church we strive to keep the intimacy and community of a small church. How do we do that? We seek to get smaller as we get bigger. Our desire for everyone at SSCC is that they have a place where they are known, needed, and belong. We currently have groups meeting on St. Simons Island and Brunswick on different nights of the week. Call 634-2960 for more information.
Adult Small Groups
Throughout the centuries, churches have lived out the core biblical purposes of the spiritual life in many different forms. From the first day that St. Simons Community Church was established, the small group mindset was paramount in our strategy.
This “living life together” approach is a critical component that helps integrate the mission, vision, and values of SSCC. Small groups are a place to grow with others through fellowship, Bible study, and prayer. In these groups we supply love and encouragement and embrace people’s need to continue their journey to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
